Two new tourism websites are being developed for Dunbeath and Berriedale.
The Community Council is currently working with a freelance consultant to develop the sites, and domain names have already been purchased: dunbeath.org and berriedale.org. The sites are expected to be live towards the end of 2019.
The new websites will provide information about the local area, its history, things to do and places of interest to visit, as well as details of the accommodation, shops, eateries and other services available in each community.
With a handy map feature to highlight the attractions, the new sites will be filled with local knowledge of the area and guide visitors to the lesser known or more tricky to find gems in Dunbeath and Berriedale.
